Your hope and courage bring you here. Together we’ll explore how the path to creating great change starts within.

System Changers is for people who are interested in creating transformational change in the world.

It’s for the growing movement of brave souls who see the broken systems behind the symptoms and have decided to do something about them.

I write about your power, how you’re creating change, and how your personal growth and transformation play an integral role in the impact you make.

Here you’ll find stories of agency, creativity and optimism, stories that will inspire you to take action on your own ideas for change.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Carve your unique path as a system changer. Get clear on what your role is, what’s uniquely yours to do, and map out ideas for your growth. Connect with your motivation and vision for change and feel a deeper sense of power and agency to act. Nurture a healthy relationship with the system/s you’re changing.

  • Collaborate with others. Bring out your strengths as a leader, build healthy relationships, and learn how to navigate conflict effectively. Build, maintain and leverage networks.

  • Tell your story. Share your work and your ideas with the world and build your profile as a system changer. Learn how to advocate more widely for the causes you care about.

  • Nurture your creativity and take action. Train your creative muscle and keep your inspiration cup full. Embrace experimentation, feed your wild ideas and make what’s yours to make.

  • Take exquisite care of yourself: Navigate the emotional ups and downs of leading change. Manage overwhelm and work with uncertainty and complexity. Prioritise joy, learn how to set boundaries and how to rest. Live a full, fulfilling life and foster resilience.

I’m building a welcoming community and a toolkit to support your growth.

About me

Hello! My name is Genevieve Nathwani. I’m a Co-Active trained coach to people who lead systemic change.

In 2020 a career break I’d taken after a job in venture capital took on a whole new meaning. I knew something was missing but it came into sharper focus with the pandemic, the racial justice movement and the accelerating climate crisis. I’ve been building ways to support people leading systemic change ever since.

My clients are filmmakers, tech founders, charity leaders, whistleblowers, VCs, service designers, and therapists. They’re increasing access to venture capital for underrepresented founders, lobbying government for legislative change to support women’s rights, and raising capital to fuel sustainable agriculture, to name a few. Alongside coaching I write and build community to inspire and support people working on their personal growth and transformation as they lead change.

I’m British and I live in a small village by the sea just south of Lisbon in Portugal with my husband Khilen and our two dogs, Rothko and Darwin. Nothing makes me happier than a long walk on the beach, deep chats with the people I love, and discovering new people and projects working to make the world a better place.
